We offer both options. We can manage all material logistics for your convenience and a stress-free experience. Alternatively, if you prefer to purchase the finishes yourself, we will provide an exact list of quantities and specifications needed for the project.
In most cases, it is not necessary. We work in an organized manner, tackling one area at a time to minimize disruptions. However, for large-scale or full-home renovations, we will evaluate with you whether it might be more comfortable for your family to relocate temporarily.
