1.What Our Warranty Covers This warranty applies exclusively to services contracted and executed by our specialized technical staff. We cover the following:
Construction & Structural Defects:
Any failure resulting from incorrect construction processes in interior/exterior remodeling or structural carpentry.
Installation Errors:
Direct coverage for faults in the installation of cabinetry, fixtures, roofing systems, or floor finishes.
Latent Defects or General Damages:
We take responsibility for any damage resulting from deficient technical execution that may manifest after project completion.
Workmanship & Finishes:
Aesthetic or functional issues caused by improper application of techniques, including our specialized Handscraping and Custom Carpentry services.
2. Exclusions (What is Not Covered) To maintain the validity of this warranty, the work must remain unaltered.
This warranty will be voided in the following cases:
Third-Party Damages:
We are not responsible for damages, modifications, or repair attempts made by outside contractors, maintenance personnel not affiliated with our company, or the client themselves.
Misuse or Lack of Maintenance:
Damage caused by negligence, household accidents, or failure to follow care instructions for materials (especially regarding wood and roofing).
Natural Wear and Tear:
We do not cover damages caused by the passage of time, extreme weather exposure (beyond construction standards), or normal everyday use of the property.
Acts of God / Force Majeure:
Damage caused by natural disasters, external flooding, or pre-existing structural issues of the property that were not part of the original contract.
